  • EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF SIZE OR MODEL
Brazilian Peach offers the customer the right to exchange 7 business days after receiving the product to effect a change in the size or model of the products.  To make the exchange, the customer must contact us by email brazilianpeachfit@gmail.com.  After receiving the product and checking its conditions, the exchange will be carried out according to stock availability.  The return freight will be the customer's responsibility and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of Brazilian Peach. 

 

  •   EXCHANGES FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT 

If the product has a quality problem, the customer must communicate via email brazilianpeach@gmail.com within 7 business days from the date of receipt.  To effect the exchange due to a manufacturing defect, it must first be verified by our company.  Brazilian Peach has a period of 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counting from the date of return of the product, to effect the exchange, reversal or replacement of the product. The customer can choose the same model or another one according to available stock.  The freight charge is the responsibility of Brazilian Peach.  If the product has a larger price difference, the customer must pay the difference according to available payment methods. 

  • RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL OR REPENTANCE:  

Brazilian Peach respects the customer's right to exchange or return their product, whether by repentance or withdrawal, according to the Australian Consumer Law. The deadline to request a refund of the amount by return is 07 (seven) business days after receiving the product.  The process will only start, after receiving the product at our company, checking the conditions and contact email through brazilianpeachfit@gmail.com. Once the integrity of the product is verified, the value will be fully refunded and the freight charge will be the responsibility of the customer. 

  •  VALUE RESTITUTION - Credit card: full or partial reversal / cancellation of the transaction will be made with the credit card administrator. The reversal can occur in up to 7 business days, counting from the date of the analysis of the returned product.

          ATTENTION: The refund of the amounts will be processed only after receiving and analysing the conditions of the product.

DO NOT RESERVE - The Customer will not be entitled to replacement or refund in the following cases:

  1. Return outside the deadlines mentioned above or without communicating our company via email;
  2.  Product with signs of use, damaged by accidental or provoked damage (examples: improper washing, wear, wet part storage, etc.);  Product changed by the customer;
  3.  Absence of defect (no damage found by the customer).
  • CASE OF INVOLUNTARY RETURN - MAIL - In case of return by the Post Office, on orders with validation "invalid address", "unknown recipient", "moved", "owner not found" or similar situation, the value of the shipping freight  responsibility of the customer. So put all the information as possible to receive your packet. 
  • For any type of exchange the product must be exchanged or returned in its original packaging, labels and tags, without signs of washing or use.  Brazilian Peach have a period of 30 consecutive days, counting from the date of return of the product, to effect the exchange, return of the value or definition of the product. Exchanges that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted.  In this case, the product will be sent to the address of origin, without prior consultation and with shipping.
