REFUNDS

How can I get a refund for my product? 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, that is why we want to make this not so cool process easy. We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to report any missing, damaged, or  'item not as described" in time (you have 25 days after you received your package) and we will be more than happy to process a valid refund claim. If you’d like, we can ship a new product or replace it with another item of the same value. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  •  Free standard shipping on all Austrália orders over $150 AUD 

Orders over $150 AUD include FREE shipping. Orders $99.99 AUD & under will be charged a flat fee of $10 AUD. 

Products will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and the delivery is made by Australia Post, so after the product is dispatched and you can track your order on their. 

 *Shipping charges are non-refundable.
