  • How long does it take to receive my products?

      Products will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and the delivery is made by Australia Post, so after the product is dispatched and you can track your order on their.

      • Where can I receive my purchase?

      We ship products by Australia Post or you can choose to pick up at our location or the one you prefer.

      • How to choose/know my size?

      There is a size information on the product's description page. You can compare the reference measurements with your own clothes to find out the best choice for you.

      • Is the color of item the same as what I saw in the website?

      We always try our best to provide photos of the products with the actual color. However, the camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a slight color difference. We thank you for your understanding. 🙏🏼✨

      • How do I track my order?

      Once your order is confirmed, you will receive all the information by email, including the shipping notification with the tracking information of your order.
